Founded in 1987, Ryan Executive Search & Associates is headquartered in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with executive leadership and offices in Florida, uniquely positioning us to support clients operating across Puerto Rico and bilingual markets.
Our bilingual and bi-cultural expertise (English / Spanish) allows us to support cross-border searches, multicultural leadership teams, and organizations operating in diverse environments.
